Housing affordability and the widening gap between inventory and demand is top of mind for many these days. As the end of the pandemic draws near and the focus shifts to economic recovery, the One Ontario initiative is kicking off a virtual conference series to address these and other issues related to streamlining the development application approval process.

Inaugural One Ontario Conference Series event

The first session in the One Ontario Conference Series is slated for Tuesday, June 22 at 11am EDT: Post-pandemic housing supply and affordability: what can the government do?

This panel discussion will explore Ontario’s housing challenges, and what the government and other stakeholders can do to help create more—and affordable—supply. The event is an open invitation to industry. Participants must register in advance for this free webinar.

Several esteemed industry leaders will be participating in this discussion, which will be moderated by Arash Shahi, Co-Founder and CEO at AECO Innovation Lab. Panelist include:
